SUMMARY:
Sixteen-year-old Camelia's life had been fairly ordinary--until a mysterious boy named Ben starts junior year at her high school. Rumored to be somehow responsible for his ex-girlfriend's death, Ben is immediately ostracized by everyone on campus. Except for Camelia.-Goodreads.com

REViEW:
I'm a big fan of mystery books. And I aboslutely love it when YA authors write a spellbinding mystery that is so intense that you can't even read it before bed. That's what this book was like to me. I actually tried to read right before I went to sleep one night and woke up in the middle of the night screaming! Oh this book was worth it though! It was like Pretty Little Liars meets Twilight. It blends in a little bit of romance to a whole lot of mystery. The suspense surrounding a stalker really gave this book a lot of intrigue. Throughout the entire book, I kept trying to figure out who the stalker was. I never would've guessed the true culprit.

The characters were really well written! Camelia was an awesome protagonist. I liked the way she was drawn to Ben and the struggle she faced surrounding trying to stay away from him. Ben was the ultimate "bad-boy who really isn't so bad". I would have totally fallen for him too. All the minor characters were also vividly described. Kimmie, the best friend, had a dual personality to me, which kind of turned me off. She was the only character that made me think that maybe I had misjudged their character. She seemed to be one way and then acted diferently from what I expected. Other than her, Matt was another wonderful character. He had an complex personality that I really enjoyed. At first he was just the "ex trying to get the girlfriend back" but there was a lot more to him.

The ending was so suspenseful! I did not expect that ending! I really didn't see the bad guy coming. I felt so bad about what Camelia had to undergo during the end though. She really didn't deserve the harsh treatment. All in all, this is a quick, crazy scary read that you won't be able to put down!

My Favorite Part: The mystery! It kept me on the edge of my seat!

ALL iN ALL:
Do I recommend this book? Heck yeah! It's an awesome mystery!

Will I be reading the next book? Of course! I already bought it!

Thanks for reading!
